Q2: What types of grade conditions do you offer?

We offer the phones in the following grades and condition:

A+ Grade: Like New Mint Condition with no scratches, scuffs or dents.

A Grade: Has minor scratch and no dents/scuffs.

AB Grade: Has a noticeable scratches/scuffs/dent.

BC Grade: Has scratches/scuffs/dents and mix battery health.

Q3: What is the warranty policy for your wholesale phones?

Our devices come with a 30-day return or exchange policy. If a device has an issue reported within 30 days of your purchase, we will replace it for you. When returning the device, please make sure to remove any personal data, iCloud information, Google account, or any other data on the device.

Q4: Do you give warranty of LCD parts?

All of the LCDs whether its Regular or Premium comes with a warranty. As long as the screen is not damaged or broken from the top we will replace the screens.

Q5: Do you provide fully insured shipping?

Yes, all our shipped packages are fully insured.
